About my work

Managing a deceased estate can feel overwhelming — especially while navigating grief, family responsibilities, and complex practical decisions.

With more than 15 years supporting older Australians and their families through major life transitions, I provide calm, practical guidance when it’s needed most.

Experience You Can Rely On

After many years owning and operating a home care business supporting older Australians and their families, I developed deep experience managing complex life transitions — both practical and emotional.

I worked closely with families navigating ageing, relocation, loss, and significant life changes — experiences that shaped the calm, practical approach I bring to this work today.

I have coordinated teams, services, and sensitive situations at scale, experience I now bring to helping families manage deceased estates with clarity and care.

I regularly coordinate trusted professionals including valuers, cleaners, tradespeople, removal professionals, and property services, ensuring every step is handled efficiently and respectfully.

My role is to bring clarity, structure, and calm oversight so families can focus on what matters most.

Meet Myles

Through years of working alongside older Australians and their families, I saw firsthand how overwhelming things can become when someone passes away. Alongside grief, families are often faced with urgent decisions, practical responsibilities, and a long list of tasks they were never prepared for.

This experience showed me that families often don’t need another service — they need one trusted person to coordinate everything.

Deceased Estate Concierge was created to provide calm, practical support during this time, helping families bring structure to what can otherwise feel unmanageable.

My approach is straightforward and respectful. I work alongside families to organise belongings, coordinate trusted professionals, and manage the practical steps involved in preparing a home or estate. Every situation is different, and I take the time to understand what matters most to the people involved.

Clients work directly with me from start to finish. My role is not only to organise the practical details, but to reduce pressure, create clarity, and allow families the space to focus on what’s important.

If you are unsure where to begin, a simple conversation is often the first step.

You don’t need to have everything figured out. Share a few details and I’ll be in touch to talk through your situation and how I may be able to help.
